1. 적용과 동의
이 약관은 게임의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 게임을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 개인정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
2. 이용 자격
게임은 게스트로 바로 시작할 수 있습니다. Google·Apple 계정 연결은 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 거주 지역의 법률이 더 높은 연령을 요구하면 해당 기준이 적용됩니다.
3. 계정
- 게스트 계정은 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다. 진행을 지키려면 Google 또는 Apple 계정에 연결해 주세요.
- 계정은 게임 안 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제로 언제든 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제된 진행은 복구할 수 없습니다.
4. 금지 행위
- 클라이언트·통신·저장 데이터를 변조해 전투 결과나 보상을 조작하는 행위
- 자동화 도구를 이용한 반복 요청, 서버 과부하, 타인 사칭
- 오류를 악용해 보상을 중복 취득하는 행위
위반이 확인되면 해당 보상을 회수하고 계정 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
5. 게임 속 재화와 확률
현재 게임에는 유료 결제와 광고가 없습니다. 게임 속 재화와 장비는 게임 안에서만 쓰이며 현금으로 바꿀 수 없습니다. 확률이 있는 기능은 게임 안에서 확률을 공개합니다. 유료 상품을 도입할 때는 이 약관을 먼저 개정해 공지합니다.
6. 서비스 변경과 종료
밸런스·콘텐츠·온라인 기능은 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 서비스 종료가 예정되면 가능한 범위에서 최소 30일 전에 게임 또는 이 페이지로 알립니다.
7. 지식재산권
코드·그래픽·음악·텍스트의 권리는 제작자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 방송·영상·스크린샷 공유는 허용하지만, 게임 파일의 재배포·판매·개작 배포는 사전 동의 없이 할 수 없습니다.
8. 책임의 한계
게임은 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 외부 플랫폼이나 서비스의 장애 등 운영자의 합리적인 통제를 벗어난 사유에 대해서는 책임이 제한될 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the game. By installing or playing it, you agree to them. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You can start right away as a guest. Linking a Google or Apple account is for users aged 14 or older. A higher minimum age applies where required by local law.
3. Accounts
- Guest accounts may not be recoverable if you delete the app or change devices. Link Google or Apple to keep your progress.
- You can delete your account at any time in-game at Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleted progress cannot be recovered.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Tampering with the client, network traffic, or saved data to alter battle results or rewards
- Automated requests, overloading the servers, or impersonating others
- Exploiting bugs to obtain rewards more than once
Confirmed violations may lead to reward removal and account restrictions.
5. In-game items and odds
The game currently has no paid purchases or ads. In-game currencies and gear have no cash value and can only be used in the game. Features with random outcomes show their odds in-game. These terms will be updated before any paid product is introduced.
6. Changes and shutdown
Balance, content, and online features may be updated. If the service is to end, we will give at least 30 days' notice where possible, in-game or on this page.
7. Intellectual property
Code, art, music, and text belong to their creators or rights holders. Streaming, videos, and screenshots are welcome; redistributing, selling, or modifying game files requires prior permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The game is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Liability may be limited for outages of external platforms or other causes beyond the operator's reasonable control.
